Day-Of Coordination Package

$1,200

For the couple who has MOST of their planning already done and just needs some help pulling the loose ends together and executing the perfect day while remaining stress-free! I will execute your vision and ensure everything goes how you've always imagined it would go.

This package includes:

A meeting with the couple 3 weeks prior to the wedding to cast their final vision to me
A final meeting to give the couple some peace of mind
Venue walk-through
Oversight and management of the day
Executing all event details + décor
Timeline of the day

Partial Planning Package

$2,500

Perfect for couples who have taken on some of the planning and organization themselves, but rely on consultation to put all of the specifics together! If you need guidance with styling, vendors, design, and execution, this package is for you!

This package includes everything in the day-of coordination package, plus:

Meetings beginning 3-6 months out with the couple
Design, décor, and vendor advice and ideas
Assistance with assembling, packaging, and shipping of save the dates, invitations, or "We Eloped" send outs
Direct access to me during my business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Wedding Rehearsal

Full Service Package

$4,000

For the couple who wants all of their needs met and fully taken care of! Entrusting me to get the work done, execute the vision, make the plan work, and ensure all the couple's dreams come true!

This package includes everything in the first two, plus:

Meetings beginning 6-12 months out with the couple
Unlimited access to me regarding advice + guidance
Complete event design

Destination Planning Package

Starting at $750 - prices will vary based on consultation, destination, design, labor, planning process, and all travel accommodations being met!

Travel, accommodations, and food paid for by the client

This Package Includes:

On site service and management
Point of contact for vendors and all planners at the direct destination site (depending on where it is)
Aid in flights, rental cars, and hotel booking for the couple, families, and guests coming
Assistance mailing, printing, and assembling save the dates, we eloped, or wedding invites
Creating a detailed timeline for the rehearsal dinner, rehearsal, and the day of ceremony
Assistance in honeymoon planning (if needed)
And unlimited access to me via email and cell phone
